Traditional Thai Massage

Thai massage uses passive stretching and gentle pressure to increase flexibility and relieve muscle and joint tension. Thai massage is deeply relaxing and energizing. While the client lies on a mat, the therapist will perform the session starting with the client’s feet then work their way up the body with pressure combined with stretching. It's like doing Yoga but you don't have to put any effort into it. The therapist will maneuver your body into various positions without you having to do any part. All you do is just relax and enjoy.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is performed using hot oil and gentle pressure to knead the muscles, releasing tension and stress. Swedish massage is all about soothing relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, however the pressure applied will generally be more intense. This type of massage is focused on muscle “knots” and connective tissue to help relieve soreness & stiffness.

Sports Massage

Our sports massage combines Thai and Swedish techniques to focus on muscles and tissue used to engage in a particular sport or activity. Whether before or after sports activity, a sports massage will help to stretch and relax muscle groups that come under exertion during strenuous sports activities.

Barefoot Massage

No, this isn’t a foot massage. In this massage technique, the therapist will use their bare feet to provide pressure to the larger muscle groups such as the shoulders, back, gluteus region, and thighs. This technique allows the therapist to apply up to their full body weight to large muscle groups.

Combination - Most Popular!

A combination massage is tailored to the desires of the client and can consist of a mixture of any of the above techniques.
